3.1 Delivery, security and acceleration (front‑end / CDN)
The Site is delivered and protected via Cloudflare services (content delivery network, security).
3.2 Hosting of customer data (back‑end)
Customer data are hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Frankfurt region (Germany).
4. Activity – travel operator
We act as organiser and/or retailer within the meaning of the Tourism Code, depending on the nature of the services sold.
Financial guarantee: APST (87-89 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris) – Professional Liability Insurance: HISCOX SA (policy taken out through APST).
Consumer mediation: MTV — Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage (available through our APST membership) — BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17 — www.mtv.travel.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use without authorisation is prohibited.

We strive to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, without guaranteeing the absence of errors.

The weather forecasts and climate averages shown on the Site are produced from the open data of the following services, used under their licences:

These data are processed (interpolated to each place and its altitude, combined across models) by our own instance of the open-source Open-Meteo software (licence AGPL-3.0, used without modification), from the services’ data as distributed by Open-Meteo on AWS Open Data. When our instance is unavailable, the data come from the Open-Meteo.com API as a backup source. The data distributed by Open-Meteo are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
Neither the European Commission, the ECMWF nor the services listed above are responsible for any use made of these data, and none of them endorses the Site. Forecasts are given for information only.
