      How do I book a trip?

      Choose a trip, select your departure date, complete the required information, and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation by email.

      Can I pay in installments?

      Yes, if you book more than 61 days before departure:

      • 30% deposit at booking
      • 70% balance due no later than 31 days before departure (D-31)

      If you book 61 days or less before departure, full payment is required at booking.

      What are the cancellation conditions?

      Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel (D = departure day):

      A €30 administrative fee per booking is non-refundable in all cases. Full details in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

      What does the price include?

      Included and excluded items are clearly listed on each trip page. Generally:

      • Included: Accommodation, meals as specified, professional guidance, luggage transfer (if mentioned)
      • Not included: Travel to/from the starting point, personal insurance, personal expenses, drinks, tips

      Always check the specific trip page for exact details.

      What difficulty level is required?

      Each trip indicates a difficulty level on its page. Our trips require good physical condition. If you’re unsure whether a trip suits your fitness level, contact us before booking—we’re happy to help you choose the right adventure.

      What is the group size?

      We keep groups small for a better experience and lower environmental impact. Typical group sizes range from 6 to 12 people, depending on the trip. Some trips may have a minimum number of participants—this is indicated on the trip page.

      Is insurance included?

      No, insurance is not included unless explicitly stated on the trip page. We strongly recommend you obtain personal travel insurance covering:

      • Trip cancellation
      • Medical expenses and repatriation
      • Personal liability
      • Mountain rescue (if applicable)

      We can recommend insurance partners if needed.

      Which languages are supported?

      Guidance is generally offered in French and English. Other languages may be available depending on the departure—check the trip page or contact us.

      Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

      Yes, you can transfer your booking to another person who meets the same trip requirements. You must inform us in writing at least 21 days before departure. Transfer fees may apply, particularly for nominative services.

      What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept:

      • Credit card (balance due by D-31)
      • Bank transfer (balance must be received by D-36 to account for processing time)
